UPDATES ON TOKIO HOTEL IN MALAYSIA!

Tokio Hotel arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at around 6.30pm! It was raining at the time.

There were many fans waiting for them and the fans went NUTS! Shouts of "BILL! It's BILL!" could be heard over phone conversations.

Tom was in a blue plaid shirt and Bill was in a black suit.

Several fans got to meet them afterwards and they were reportedly stuck in a traffic jam at around 7.30pm.

OK, here's the updates from 30th April 2010!

Hitz.FM had an exclusive interview with Tokio Hotel:



The band attended a press conference at One World Hotel in the afternoon. They were very nice and friendly and energetic! Here are some pictures, courtesy of Universal Music Malaysia:



The band left One World Hotel at around 7pm to go for sound check. There were about 10 fans who were at the hotel lobby waiting for them (including we forum Admins + aeryn283 and limviona!) and we saw them from the floor above! They turned around when we called their names and even smiled and waved up at us. ^^ The band looked absolutely flawlessly perfect! In my complete astonishment (FIRST TIME SEEING THEM IN PERSON!) I have only one picture of that in my camera. And it is blurred beyond recognition. T.T

The sound check began a bit later at around 7.30pm. They rehearsed quite a few songs for over an hour - Break Away, Ready Set Go, Pain of Love, By Your Side, World Behind My Wall, Screamin, Monsoon... Hopefully all will be performed at the actual concert! During the sound check, Bill kept making funny little noises that everyone could hear over the loud speaker, and he kept clucking his tongue and humming along to the music. The band sounded really really good at sound check!

The RUMOURED date is July 29, which is a Thursday. The Malaysian Street Team is planning to greet them at KLIA, so if you want to join them, feel free to. Bring along some nice fan banners too!

I remind you though, July 29 is the RUMOURED date of their arrival. :\
