Malaysian Fan Meet-Up!

Hey everyone, guess what? We've been planning a fan gathering with Karen from THMalaysianFans and now, it's confirmed. Here are the details...

Tokio Hotel Malaysian Fan Meet-Up

DATE: 30 April 2010 (Friday)
TIME: 7.30PM - 9.30PM
VENUE: STARBUCKS COFFEE @ Ground floor, 1 Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

NOTE: You'll have to pay for your own food and drinks, so please don't forget to bring some cash if you intend to have dinner with us

For those of you who would like to come, please RSVP your attendance to mytokiohoteladmin@gmail.com by 28 April 2010 (that's a Wednesday ) because if there are quite a number of people coming, we'll try to reserve a section of Starbucks just for us!

UPDATE: For those non-Malaysian fans who will be in Kuala Lumpur for the Saturday concert, feel free to come for the meet-up as well! The more, the merrier.

UPDATE: There are some of you who have asked if this fan meet-up is only for forum members - don't worry, you don't need to be a member of this forum to attend! We welcome all Tokio Hotel fans to join us.

UPDATE: There are two different Starbucks Coffee outlets in 1 Utama, so just to clarify: the fan meet-up will take place at the Starbucks Coffee outlet on the GROUND FLOOR, not the first floor. Here's a picture reference for you guys, I hope it helps:

7th May 2010: Unfortunately, this fan meet-up was not carried out last week and there is only one reason for it: we heard Tokio Hotel doing their sound check across the mall and, unable to suppress the fan in all of us, we went to check it out. We only got back to the fan meet-up venue at around 9pm after the sound check.

So, we Administrators would like to say a big SORRY to all the people who weren't aware of the sound check and waited at the venue. We feel so awful! The fan meet-up was a disaster because of it. This has been a lesson to us and next time, if we plan another fan meet-up, we'll definitely stick to the schedule.

OUR APOLOGIES AGAIN FOR MESSING EVERYTHING UP.

Oh dear. I was really looking forward to meeting you guys on Friday... Never mind, I guess we'll just meet at the concert, then.

What time do you guys plan to come ? I'm planning to be there around 10 hahah ;D ! The autograph session will be at 11.40 onwards and its a first come first serve thingy ,, shucks!! we have to be there early , right ? :S

I'll be there...as early as I could. I'll be there to collect the tickets, then to line up for the signing session. Hmm...
